After the Goverment announcement and advice from South Cambs Event Safety Advisory Group, we are really pleased to say the Fen Gallop will still be going ahead!!
It will however be necessary to implement staggered start times in groups of less than 30, based on your expected finish time. If you’ve already entered you should have already received an email asking you to confirm your expected finish time to get you in the right pen/start position.
We are sorry this isn’t the normal Fen Gallop we were all hoping for But we are very excited to see you all this year and hope you can help us make it a great event even with some restrictions.
The full race briefing information has been sent out by email and is included on the ‘one the day’ tab above. Please read this carefully before coming to the event as things will be a bit different.

The Fen Gallop is a local event organised by a small team of local residents, the sponsors and headed up by the Willingham School Association.
The event includes a 10 kilometre and 4 mile route, both chip timed and has been incredibly successful over the past few years. The 2020 event will take place in the morning of Sunday 5th July 2020 and we hope will continue in the success of the previous years! (Check out some of the fantastic reviews here)
All proceeds go to the Willingham School Association (a registered charity) and local youth groups. The event represents the biggest fund raising event of the schools year and is incredibly important for the local community.
