There is a 10 km multi-terrain (Concrete, gravel, and trails) run and a 4-mile multi-terrain option, cutting back to Willingham before reaching Over. Usually after the main races we have the kid races (a 1-mile route for younger runners and a mini sprint for toddlers) but these are yet to be confirmed for 2026. Watch this space!
All races start and finish at the Willingham recreation ground, West fen road, Willingham, CB24 5LP.
10 Km Route
This year, the Fen Gallop 10K is going a little “vintage” as we return to the original route. We’ll be swapping out a concrete section for a bridleway stretch, bringing the course back to its roots.
It is the Year of the Horse afterall, though that wasn’t the thinking behind the change – it’s simply a route that suits the race better. We hope you all enjoy the update and the more natural feel underfoot.
