Minimum age for 10K event is 15 years. There are various compeating categories for this event so don´t forget to take a look at our “Winners Categories” page!
Minimum age for the 4-mile event is 11 years; however, we allow under-11s to run the 4-mile race if they are accompanied by a parent/guardian throughout the race. A disclaimer will need to be signed by a parent/guardian for runners under 16 years.
The 4-mile event is split into three age categories: Over-16s / Under-16s and Over 50s. You will be automatically allocated into one of these three categories based on your age.
Over-16s: Participants must be 16 years or older to compete in this category.
Under-16s: Participants must be between the ages of 11 and 15 to compete in this category. Over 50s: Participants must be 50 years or older to compete in this category.
